Marketplace and Seller Terms

Last updated 17/06/2026

These terms apply when you list or buy an app on the AIC-LMNOP marketplace. Sellers You may only list work that is your own, or that you have changed by a meaningful amount from anything you bought. Relisting a near-copy is not allowed; listings may be scanned and removed. App names must be unique. To sell, you must have a registered ABN and a connected Stripe account; payouts are made to that account. When someone buys, the buyer receives their own private copy of the whole product (code and schema). To make that copy the platform reads your connected repository read-only, only on a paid order. Your repository is never handed over. You grant each buyer a perpetual licence to use, run and modify their copy. A code sale is final. We take the commission shown at listing. Payouts are made through Stripe Connect; you are responsible for your own tax and any ABN or GST obligations. Buyers You buy a copy of an app "as is". The seller, not AIC-LMNOP, is responsible for the app, although your Australian Consumer Law rights still apply. You may run and modify your copy. To resell anything derived from it, it must be substantially your own work. Licence and permitted use of purchased code Code you purchase through AIC-LMNOP is supplied as a template and starting point: a foundation you may use, modify, extend, deploy, and operate for your own products and clients. You receive your own private copy and the sale is final; the copy is yours to run and change. What you may do: build upon it, change it, combine it with your own work, deploy it, and use the result commercially, including selling products you have materially built on top of it. What you may not do: resell, sublicense, redistribute, or relist the purchased code as-is, or with only cosmetic or trivial changes (renaming, re-theming, or superficial edits that do not amount to genuine new work). Reselling a substantially unchanged copy, including relisting it on this marketplace, is not permitted. Originality on this marketplace: if you list code for sale here, it must be your own work. Listings that substantially reproduce another seller's product, or a product you purchased, may be flagged for review and removed (see our marketplace originality and takedown policy). Consumer rights preserved: nothing in this clause limits any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Both No malware, illegal content, or infringement of others' intellectual property. We may remove listings, withhold payouts, or suspend accounts for breach, fraud, chargebacks or IP complaints. IP owners can request takedown at [email protected].
