Mentor Agreement

Last updated 17/06/2026

This agreement applies to Certified Mentors and Mentors in Training delivering training, and to the Team Leader Rewards Program (TLRP). Status Mentors act as independent contractors, not employees, and are responsible for their own tax, insurance and ABN or GST obligations. The platform pays the superannuation guarantee on Mentor payments as required by the extended super definition; this does not make you an employee for any other purpose. Cover and handover If you cannot attend a booked session, hand it over through the app to another available Certified Mentor, or contact your Team Leader to arrange cover. The replacement must be a current Certified Mentor (and hold a current Blue Card if anyone under 18 could be present). You remain responsible for arranging cover so the client is not left waiting. In-home conduct and safety Training may take place in a client's home. You must follow the home-visit checklist: be on time, dress professionally, bring your own water, respect the home, never handle the client's passwords, keep the workspace tidy, and stop and contact your Team Leader if anything feels unsafe or inappropriate. Mentor in Training A Certified Builder may be invited to train as a Mentor. They sit in on a witnessed client session and, once attested, become a Certified Mentor. Payments Training delivery, sit-in and upline bonuses, referrals and TLRP bonuses are paid at the rates set by the Head of Operations and shown in the app. Rates may change. The platform may withhold or reverse payments for missed sessions, breaches, refunds or fraud. The no-AI rule TLRP chatting must be done by you, a real human. Using AI to chat forfeits the bonus. Confidentiality Keep client information private and follow the Privacy Policy. Termination Either party may end this arrangement. Conduct breaches may result in immediate removal.
