1. Who we are
AIC-LMNOP ("we", "us") operates a platform for AI-assisted app builders: training, a code marketplace, networking and tools. These Terms govern your use of the platform. The platform is offered in Australia only.
2. Accounts
You must be 18 or older and give accurate details. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
3. Membership and fees
Access requires the applicable membership and/or training package shown at purchase. Fees, inclusions and any renewal terms are shown before you pay and may change with notice.
4. Acceptable use
Be honest and lawful. Do not misuse the platform, infringe others' rights, upload malware, scrape, or bypass access controls. The no-AI rule applies where stated.
5. Marketplace
Apps are sold between buyer and seller; the separate Marketplace and Seller Terms apply. We are an intermediary and do not warrant third-party apps.
6. Training
Training may include in-home visits by a Certified Mentor. Conduct and safety rules apply. You must provide a safe environment, power and internet.
7. Intellectual property
We own the platform and its content. You keep ownership of what you create, and grant us a licence to host and display content you post.
8. Your consumer rights
Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where permitted, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding what you paid.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using the platform at any time.
10. Referrals
You can invite new Future Builders using your referral link. When someone you referred joins and pays for their training package (a qualifying referral), you earn a referral reward. You choose your reward in the app: a cash payment, or free LMNOP membership time of equal value instead of cash. Cash referral payments are made only once you are a Certified Builder with a valid ABN on file, and you are responsible for your own tax; the free-membership option requires no ABN. Free membership is credited to your own account, cannot be exchanged for cash and has no cash value. Rewards accrue per qualifying referral at the rates shown in the app, which may change. Self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts and other abuse are not permitted; we may withhold or reverse rewards for breaches, refunds, chargebacks or fraud.
