This policy explains how AIC-LMNOP handles personal information under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
Your name, email, profile details, payment information (via Stripe), training and session records, marketplace activity, messages, and, if you connect GitHub, read-only access to the repositories you select.
How we use it
To run your account, deliver training and the marketplace, process payments, match Mentors, send notifications, and improve the platform.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run the platform: Supabase (database and auth), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting) and GitHub (code delivery), under their own terms. We do not sell your personal information. Buyer and seller identities are kept private except where you choose to share them.
GitHub access
When you connect GitHub we request read-only access to only the repositories you select, to copy them for buyers. We never receive write access or your password.
Storage and security
Data is held on our providers' secured infrastructure with row-level security. We take reasonable steps to protect it.
Your rights
You may request access to or correction of your personal information, and ask us to delete your account. Contact [email protected].
