Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not excluded by this policy. You are entitled to a remedy if a service is not provided with due care and skill, or a product is faulty or not as described.
Training and membership
If a booked training session is not delivered as described, contact us for a re-supply or refund. Memberships are billed in advance; you can cancel future renewals at any time.
Marketplace purchases
A code sale delivers a copy of the product immediately and is generally final. If what you received is materially not as described, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate with the seller. ACL guarantees still apply.
